The quality of your sleep is vital. The way you sleep affects your whole day afterward, and even the people around you. Since we all know that and crave more sleep than we can afford, we try to cut back on disrupting factors: not scrolling ourselves to sleep, eating a light supper, and trying to go to bed at a decent hour.

But then all that effort flies through the window when our toddler or pet squeezes into our bed and conquers the land. Their reasons for needing to be near you at night are understandable and heartwarming - maybe a bad dream, or just the need to cuddle - but the result is a narrowed sliver of fabric where you can't turn, stretch, or even breathe. Somehow, their tiny bodies seem to multiply, taking over most of the bed surface.

When your cat gets involved, it's even worse. Your sheets will be forever furred, no matter how much effort you put into removing it manually. And just like that, your to-do list for tomorrow now includes changing the freshly laid sheets.
